RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may E-mail us at returns@pursepiggy.com within 7 days of receipt of goods, for a return authorization. Poor Piggy items are non-returnable. Each item returned, must be in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged.  Damaged goods due to customer negligence will not be accepted for refund.

Shipping, handling, insurance, and credit card fees are non-refundable.

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies condition of merchandise.  Returns take approximately 5 business days to process upon receipt of the merchandise.
